Waterfront Rescue Mission has stepped up to help the community be proactive as the cold weather approaches with a “Cold Weather Community Forum”. 

This is the opportunity for shelters, food providers, street outreach team, etc. to discuss what your entity does for the community during cold weather.  This will help us all know how to help people the best way that we can during those cold months.
