Keys to Good Tenancy

We are excited to announce a new class starting this week! Keys to Good Tenancy is a class that will be taught by Family Promise Executive Director, Lauren Clark, the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of the month at 6 pm. Keys to Good Tenancy is a curriculum that “prepares new renters for tenancy by addressing a broad spectrum of elements, including budgeting, leases, home repairs, maintenance, neighbor relations, renters’ rights and more.” The curriculum was written in partnership with Family Promise and the National Association of Realtors® (NAR).

Classes begin tonight! The class is open to the public and will meet in the dining hall at Bright Bridge Ministries at 2600 W. Strong Street. Please enter the building through double doors on DeSoto Street. To sign up, email Cheryl at cheryl@brightbridgeministries.org.
