Missed our first class last week? Family Promise of Escambia County will hold a Keys to Good Tenancy Makeup session at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 19th. Regularly scheduled class will begin at 6:00 p.m. that night with the second module of the course. This will be the only makeup offered. Participants must attend all four classes to receive a certificate of completion.
Keys to Good Tenancy is a class that will be taught by Family Promise Executive Director, Lauren Clark, the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of the month at 6 pm. Keys to Good Tenancy is a curriculum that “prepares new renters for tenancy by addressing a broad spectrum of elements, including budgeting, leases, home repairs, maintenance, neighbor relations, renters’ rights and more.” The curriculum was written in partnership with Family Promise and the National Association of Realtors® (NAR).
