Please refer to this fiscal year’s Notice of Funding Opportunity at grants.gov. Read the NOFO carefully.

The Fiscal Year 2023 Continuum of Care (CoC) Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) Program Competition is OPEN.

The Continuum of Care (CoC) program promotes a community-wide commitment to ending homelessness. The program provides funding to nonprofit organizations and state and local governments to quickly rehouse individuals and families experiencing homelessness while minimizing the impacts of displacement and trauma. The program also promotes pathways to self-sufficiency via access to mainstream benefits by individuals and families experiencing homelessness.
