Florida Housing will host a General Workshop for Upcoming Special Demographics RFAs on September 6, 2023 at 2:00 p.m.

The meeting will provide an overview and solicit comments for the upcoming Specialized Demographics RFAs listed below:

• RFA 2024-102 SAIL Financing For Smaller Permanent Supportive Housing Developments For Persons With Special Needs
• RFA 2024-103 Housing Credit And SAIL Financing To Develop Housing For Homeless Persons
• RFA 2024-106 Financing To Develop Housing For Persons With Disabling Conditions / Developmental Disabilities

The workshop will be held at the Florida Housing Finance Corporation, 227 N. Bronough Street, Suite 5000 Tallahassee, Florida 32301. The workshop will also be available via webinar. The webinar registration and access information for the workshop is posted to the following websites:
